Design and Application Research on Evaluation Index System of Water conservancy Sci-Tech Achievements
摘要
Abstract
Based on the principle of index set,using SPSS for the ministry of water resources projects’related survey data,which is from“Research and analysis of water conservancy sci-tech and the contribution rate ”, we built an evaluation index system of water conservancy sci-tech achievements. Finally,using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,we analyzed the property appraisal of achievements in order to provide a value scientific method for Water conservancy value evaluation of sci-tech achievements.关键词
