肺结核患者生命质量及患者报告结局的影响因素分析
The influence factors analysis on quality of life and patient-reported outcomes in patients with tuberculosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze quality of life and it′s influence factors in patients with tuberculosis .Methods The quality of life instrument QLICD‐PT for tuberculosis patient was applied to evaluate the quality of life for tuberculosis patient before the treatments ,during the two‐month period of treatments and after the treatments .The multiple linear regression analysis was conduc‐ted on the possible influence factors of quality of life .Results The score difference of physiological function of the patient at the end of two‐month treatments and at the time of finishing treatments showed no statistical significance (P>0 .05) ,the pairwise com‐parison of the scores and total score of other domains had statistical significance (P<0 .05) .The influencing factors of the quality of life for tuberculosis patient had been listed as the educational level and family economy .Conclusion The quality of life of tuber‐culosis patient has been improved and is also connected with the educational level and family economy .关键词
