摘要

Abstract

Based on an engineering example,the stress state of two kinds of different connecting modes were compared.Through simulating the welding process,the residual stress of welding was analyzed and the influence of different shape node splice plates and other structural details on the node stress were studied.The analysis re-sults show that longitudinal weld residual tensile stress is large and distributes obviously .Transverse residual stresses are greatly influenced by other welds and distributed irregularly.In the vicinity of the weld,the longitu-dinal residual stress which is parallel to the direction of weld remains basically unchanged and the transverse re-sidual stress perpendicular to the direction of weld appears with a size of saddle peak,and the node connection form has no significant impact on the internal stress distribution of nodes.Structural measures using arc transition can significantly reduce the stress concentration at the node connection.
