薄壁回转结构平动电解磨削试验研究
Experimental study on electrochemical grinding of thin-wall revolution structure with circular translational moving

Abstract
To improve the uniformity of allowance distribution and the surface roughness of the ma-chined surface in the thin-wall revolution structure, a method with grinding head circular translational moving relative to the workpiece was proposed, and the distributions of flow field and electric field in the machining gap were studied by numerical analysis.The numerical analysis results show that the negative pressure region, the cavitation region, and the split flow in the machining gap are eliminated by the circular translational moving, besides, the electric field distortions in both sides of the machined surface are avoided.Experiments are carried out based on the numerical analysis.The experimental results show that the machined surface allowance error of less than 5 μm, and the sur-face roughness of 0 .21 μm can be obtained by adopting optimized circular translational moving pa-rameters, i.e.translational eccentricity 0.1 mm, translational cycle 6 s.关键词
