Research progress on development techniques of PRSV-resistant transgenic papaya and the impact of transgene on genome
摘要
Abstract
In this review, biological characteristics and control measures of Papaya Ringspot Virus ( PRSV) and research status of PRSV-resistant transgenic papaya were described. The impact of transgene on genome structure and function of genes was expoun-ded, along with approaches on how to study target integration of exogenous DNA. Finally cutting-edge technologies and new insight into transgenic papaya were also discussed.关键词
