两方向法经嵴顶提升倾斜型上颌窦底的临床效果研究

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of two-direction inclined maxillary sinus floor augmentation from alveolar crest. Methods Sinus floor were augmented on the same site from two directions with the transalveolar tech-nique. Firstly, lower sinus floor were augmented from the non-implant direction. Secondly, sinus floor were augmented with simultaneous placement of dental implants from the presupposed implant direction. Results Postoperative cone beam computerized tomography ( CBCT) proved good effects of sinus floor augmentation, with satisfactory positional rela-tionship with the adjacent teeth. The implant tips were covered by mucous, with no nasal hemorrhagic secretions and no obvious pain. No implant fell off within 6 months after surgery. Conclusion Two-direction maxillary sinus floor augmen-tation from alveolar crest is a possible choice to augment inclined maxillary sinus floor.关键词
