口腔科医生全程干预对头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗并发症影响的临床研究
The influence of the whole course intervention of dentists on radiotherapy complications of patients suffered from malignant tumour in head and neck

Abstract
Objective To reduce radiotherapy complications of patients suffered from malignant tumor in head and neck. Methods Study group ( 247 cases of patients suffered from malignant tumoer in head and neck) were given the whole course intervention of dentist while doing radiotherapy, the incidence of the complication study group was investiga-ted and compared with control group ( 213 cases) . Results There was no difference between study group and control group in short-term complications. But for the long-term complications, the incidence in study group was considerably less than that of control group. Conclusion The whole course intervention of dentists can reduce the radiotherapy complica-tions in head and neck effectively and improve the life quality.关键词
