摘要
Abstract
Atomic vapor laser isotope separation process is a multi-disciplinary and complicated process.In order to understand the mechanisms of the separation process of the atomic vapor laser isotope, we reviewed the state-of-the-art of the experimental research concerning the influences of materials and geometrical dimensions of crucibles, heating methods, geometries and operating parameters of electron guns and the alloy compositions on the metal atomization sub-process, the laser parameters on the photoionization sub-process, and the types and applied voltages of electrodes, collisional and sputtering effects on the ion extraction and collection sub-process.In addition,we also discussed briefly the recent progress in the ion extraction simulation experiments.This is helpful for the future experimental research, including the development of the ion extraction simulation experimental platform, in this field.关键词
