摘要
Abstract
Angiogenesis plays an important role in the development of breast cancer. Anti-angiogenesis is an important method for clinical treatment of breast cancer. Therefore, it is needed a method to accurately assess breast tumor angiogenesis, tumor vascular structure and functional status, and the therapeutic effect of anti-angiogenesis in vivo. At present, multiple imaging methods can be used to display tumor blood vessel state, and dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) is a common noninvasive method without ionizing radiation. With the advantages in multi-sequence, multi-parameter, multi-plane, and high soft tissue resolution, DCE-MRI plays an irreplaceable role in the diagnosis, staging and evaluation of treatment effect in breast cancer. We reviewed the role of DCE-MRI in the differential diagnosis of breast benign and malignant lesions and predicting the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.关键词
