Abstract
Economic benefit evaluation is an important component of power grid construction proj⁃ect post-evaluation. Since social benefits of projects are not estimated in financial evaluation, bene⁃fit-cost analysis should be applied. Models for the benefits of the related grid and the costs of the individual project are proposed. Then the ratio of annual values of benefits and costs can be at⁃tained and economic evaluation can be completed accordingly. The proposed method can not only support power grid construction project post-evaluation technically for state grid Hubei electric pow⁃er company , but also provide references for other provinces.关键词
