The Role of The Government in Promoting The Third Party Governance of Environmental Pollution
摘要
Abstract
Third party Governance of environmental pollution is a new model of pollution control by means of payment to the Environment Services Inc, which is a major innovation of environmental management system in China. This paper analyzed main problems about the third party governance in present, such as market order lack of regulation, pricing mechanism not straighten out, the responsibility of governance difficult to clear, funding into a problem, government regulation less in place, the relevant policy not to force the main problem. so the government in promoting third-party governance of environmental pollution should play a role in seven aspects.关键词
