羟基硅油的基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱表征研究
Structural Characterization of Hydroxyl Silicone Oil by MALDI-TOF MS

Abstract
Oligomeric hydroxyl silicone oil was successfully characterized by matrix‐assisted laser desorption ionization time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry with pyridine‐modified 2 ,5‐dihydroxybenzoic acid as the matrix .The analysis of a serial of silicone oil samples by the MS spectra indicated that the polymers tended to be ionized by the attachment with Na+ and K+ , and the corresponding average molecular mass ,degree of polymerization ,polydispersity index and hydroxyl content were calculated .关键词
