摘要
Abstract
1 ,10‐Phenanthroline‐5 ,6‐dione was synthesized ,and characterized by IR ,UV ,1 H NMR ,MS and elemental analysis . The low‐temperature phosphorescence spectrum of 1 ,10‐phenanthroline‐5 ,6‐dione was determined . The experimental results showed that 1 ,10‐phenanthroline‐5 ,6‐dione had a strong ability to absorb ultraviolet light .The triplet state energy of the compound was determined to be 18620 cm–1 ,which was much higher in energy than the resonance level of Eu3+ ion .So it could be predicted that 1 ,10‐phenanthroline‐5 ,6‐dione was able to sensitize the luminescence of Eu3+ ,and that this compound may be used for the preparation of mononuclear or polynuclear complexes of rare earth luminescent materials .关键词
