结直肠癌患者情绪体验、应激后成长和心理弹性的特点及相互关系

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relations among emotional experience ,posttraumatic growth and resilience in colorectal cancer patients .Methods:Positive and negative affect schedule(PANAS) ,Connor -Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC) ,Posttraumatic growth inventory (PTGI) ,Trait anxiety inventory (TAI)were applied in this sur‐vey to 196 patients by cluster sampling .Results:①During in hospital ,the colorectal cancer patients’ the positive e‐motion had significantly positive correlation with CD score and PTGI score (r=0 6.57~0 7.05 ,P<0 0.1) ,negative correlation with negative emotion and trait anxiety (r=‐0 4.99~‐0 4.39 ,P<0 0.1) .The negative emotion had signifi‐cantly positive correlation with trait anxiety (r= 0 .472 ,P< 0 .01) ,negative correlation with CD score and PTGI score (r=‐0 .575~‐0 .506;P< 0 .01);The CD score had significantly positive correlation with PTGI score (r=0 6.94 ,P<0 .01) ,negative correlation with trait anxiety (r=‐0 .451 ,P< 0 .05);The PTGI score had significantly negative correlation with trait anxiety (r=‐0 5.37 ,P<0 0.1) ,②Compared with groups of positive emotion and nega‐tive emotion ,the CD score and PTGI score of negative emotion were lower ,and the trait anxiety were higher(t=‐2 7.47~3 2.18 ,P<0 0.5);③The positive emotion ,negative emotion and trait anxiety of the colorectal cancer patients could predict their posttraumatic growth(explaining rate 53% ) .Conclusion:The colorectal cancer patients who expe‐rience more positive emotion have higher level of resilience and posttraumatic growth ,and will have more comforta‐ble quality of postoperative life .关键词
