Abstract
Objective:To study the relationship between social support and subjective feelings of happiness of pris‐oners .Methods:285 prisoners were evaluated with Social Support Rate Scale (SSRS)of Xiao Shui-yuan and Chinese Happiness Index (CHI)of LuLuo .Results:After difference comparison ,correlation analysis and regression ,the re‐sults indicated that there existed significant difference in subjective feelings of happiness among the prisoners with different prison term(F=3 1.30 ,P<0 0.5)and different education level(F=5 3.57 ,P<0 0.5);Social support was sig‐nificantly positively correlated with subjective feelings of happiness(r=0 6.05 ,P<0 0.01);The different parts of so‐cial support made different contributions to predict the subjective feelings of happiness and its dimensions .Conclu‐sion:The social support of prisoners has significant correlations with their subjective feelings of happiness .To strengthen the subjective support and education and reform of prisoners is conducive to improve their subjective well-being and their motivation to reform .关键词
