老年人慢性疾病、应对方式与总体幸福感的关系
The Relationship between General Well -being of the Elderly with Chronic Diseases and Coping Style
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between general well-being of the elderly and chronic disea‐ses ,coping style .Methods:Adopted the general condition survey ,the General Well -Being Scale (GWB ) ,Coping Style Questionnaire ,and 554 old people were investigated ,then using SPSS 19 0. software to make statistical analysis . Results:①There was a significant difference among the elderly with chronic diseases or not (t=‐2 2.95 ,P<0 0.5);②There were no significant differences among the elderly with chronic diseases or not on coping style ,and there were significant differences among different ages of the elderly in coping way to solve problems ,retreat and rationalization factors (F=9 3.30 ,4 3.96 ,5 3.33 ;P<0 0.1) ,the same to different education levels of the elderly in coping styles of problem solving ,help ,illusion ,retreat and rationalization (F=7 5.47 ,2 9.30 ,4 6.11 ,5 3.29 ,8 5.62 ;P<0 0.5);③ There were significantly negative correlations between general well -being and chronic diseases ,self -blame(r=‐0 .097 ,‐0 2.16;P<0 0.5) ,and there were significantly positive correlations between general well -being and problem sol‐ving ,help (r=0 4.22 ,0 2.57 ;P<0 0.1) .④ The elderly'general well-being could be predicted by chronic diseases , problem solving ,self -blame and help .Conclusion:Problem solving ,self -blame ,help and chronic diseases are impor‐tant influencing factors of general well-being of the elderly .关键词
