摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effeet of comprehensive psychological intervention for the adjustment of depres‐sion in community elderly .Methods:236 cases over the age of 60 in community were randomly divided into experi‐mental group (118 cases)and control group (118 cases)during the January to July 2011 ,two groups by self psycho‐logical health status and Hamilton Depression volume table (HAMD)and compared the results .Results:The experi‐mental group received comprehensive psychological intervention ,the compliance of the old for mastery of health knowledge and was significantly better than the control group (t=2 4.5 ,P<0 0.5) .After the intervention ,the elderly of experimental group had lower ratio of problems than the control group in three aspects including physical health , mental health and social life .Pre-experiment and port -experiment HAMD scores in two groups were compared , the score d-value of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group ,the difference was significant (t=‐4 4.3 ,P<0 0.1) .Conclusion:Comprehensive professional psychological health education can ef‐fectively intervene mental health problems ,reduce the negative depression mood and improve the quality of life in community elderly people .关键词
