Effects of Sandplay Innovative Experiment on Only-child College Students'Coping Styles

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of Sandplay innovative experiment on only -child college students'cop‐ing styles ,understanding of teaching effect of the experiment .Methods:This study used nine college students ,carried out Sandplay innovative experiment for 8 weeks(four hours a week) ,and used Sandplay innovative experiment ,the Simplified Coping Style Scale (SCSS)and the subjective feeling to investigate whether this intervention method im‐prove only-child college students'coping styles .Results:Based on all subjects test scores before and after the coping styles of Wilcoxon rank inspection ,Sandplay innovative experiment significantly improved the negative coping styles of college students(Z=‐2 2.5 ,P<0 0.5) .Using Mann-Whitney inspection to test only and non-only group of test scores between before and after ,the effect of Sandplay innovative experiment on improving the negative coping style was better in one-child group than non only child group(Z=‐1 9.5 ,P<0 0.5) .Conclusion:Sandplay innovative ex‐periment ,as a new intervention method ,helps college students to actively deal with setbacks ,improves the negative coping styles and avoids a series of psychological problems to promote the improvement of the interpersonal relation‐ship .关键词
