民航院校新生适应性、人格与学习成绩关系研究
Correlation between Adaptability,Personality and Academic Achievement of the Freshman in Civil Aviation Academy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship of the personality ,adaptability and academic achievement of the freshman in civil aviation academy ,and provide evidence for the educational strategies .Methods:The Chinese College Student Personality Scale and The Chinese College Student Adaptability Scale were used to find out the group differ‐ence among the personality ,adaptability and academic achievement ,and the relationship of them ,the participants were 531 freshmen in Civil Aviation Academy .Results:GPA of girls was significantly higher than the boys'(t=‐5 7.97 ,P<0 0.01);Preciseness had better prediction on girls'GPA(F=23 4.76 ,P<0 0.01) ,and learning adaptability had better prediction on boys'GPA(F=22 9.62 ,P<0 0.01) .Conclusion:We should pay attention to non-intelligence factor education ,personalization education and adaptability education ,particularly improve the learning adaptability of boys ,then enhance the academic performance of quasi practitioners of civil aviation .关键词
