电化教育在老年慢性乙型肝炎病人健康教育中的应用
Application of audio visual education in health education for elderly patients with chronic hepatitis B

Abstract
Abstracct Objective:To evaluate the application effect of audio visual education in health education for elderly patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods:A total of 1 12 cases of elderly patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into observation group and control group based on random number table,56 cases in each.The patients in control group were given routine oral health education,and the patients in observation group received audio visual education and routine oral health education.After the health education,the mastering of disease knowledge,liver function and quality of life were compared between both groups.Results:After health educa-tion,the mastering of disease knowledge in observation group was higher than that in control group,liver func-tion was better than that in control group,and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that in con-trol group.The differences were statistically significant (P <0.01 or P <0.05 ).Conclusion:Implementing the health education with audio visual education for elderly patients with hepatitis B could make the patients ac-tively participate in learning,increase the patients’grasp of the disease knowledge,improve the treatment com-pliance of patients,effectively control the transaminase levels,and enhance the quality of life of elderly patients with hepatitis B.关键词
