社区心理护理干预对原发性高血压病人知信行的影响
Influence of community psychological nursing intervention on knowledge attitude practice of patients with prima-ry hypertension

Abstract
Abstracct Objective:To observe and analyze the influence of community psychological nursing intervention on knowledge attitude practice(KAP)survey score and blood pressure control in patients with primary hyper-tension.Methods:A total of 360 cases of patients with primary hypertension in the community were selected as the study objects.Health management files,adverse psychological intervention,disease knowledge education,lif-estyle guidance and prevention and control measures were established to carry out comprehensive intervention. After the intervention,blood pressure control and each dimension score improvement of KAP questionnaire of patients were observed and analyzed.Results:Diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of patients sig-nificantly decreased after intervention.The scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior of the patients after the intervention were higher than those before the intervention (P <0.05).Conclusion:Perfect psychological nurs-ing intervention could effectively improve cognitive level of patients with primary hypertension on disease relat-ed knowledge,improve treatment compliance and improve the way of life,enhance the stability of the patient's blood pressure control.关键词
