穴位按摩及小茴香腹部热熨对下肢骨折病人术后便秘的护理观察

Abstract
To observe the influence of acupoint massage and fennel abdomen hot compress on post-operative constipation of lower limb fracture patients.Methods:A total of 132 cases of patients with lower limb fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group,66 cases in each group.The patients in control group received the routine nursing,the patients in observation group received routine nursing and acu-point massage and fennel abdomen hot compress.And then the nursing effect was observed between two groups.Results:The defecation time of observation group was less than that of the control group.The defecation times of the observation group were much more than that in control group.And the symptom score of defecation was lower than that of the control group.The effective rate of nursing care was higher than the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Patients with postoperative lower limb frac-tures were prone to constipation,and acupoint massage and fennel abdomen foment can relieve constipation.关键词
