中医食疗对高血压阴虚体质病人作用效果的系统评价
Systematic evaluation on effect of dietary therapy of Chinese medicine for hypertension patients with yin deficiency
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of dietary therapy of Chinese medicine for hypertension patients with yin deficiency.Methods:Through retrieving the China academic journal full text database (CNKI),Wanfang da-tabase,Chinese science and Technology Journals Full text Database (VIP),PubMed and the Cochrane con-trolled trials database,It was to the randomized controlled trials were collected on Chinese diet intervention on hypertension patients with yin deficiency constitution.Results:There were 5 researches including 593 patients in hypertension with yin deficiency.The symptom of yin deficiency and quality of life of these patients have been improved.However,the effect of blood pressure has not been significant.Conclusion:The dietary therapy of Chi-nese medicine might be an effective supplementary method.It need to be verified further on the effect of recu-perate yin deficiency,reducing blood pressure and improving life quality.关键词
