综合护理干预对腹腔镜下输卵管结扎术妇女心理状态及疼痛状况的影响
Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological state and pain status of women with laparoscopic tubal ligation

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological state and pain status of women with laparoscopic tubal ligation.Methods:A total of 1 10 cases of women with laparo-scopic tubal ligation treated in our hospital were divided into observation group (50 cases)and control group (60 cases)according to the random digital table method.The patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention in the periop-erative period.The psychological state and pain status of patients were compared between both groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in SAS scores before nursing intervention between the two groups (P =0.974),which after nursing intervention were significantly decreased (both Ps=0.000),and the SAS score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P =0.000).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups at immediate time after surgery(P =0.374),and the VAS scores at the 4th hour,12th hour and 24th hour after surgery were significantly decreased compared with that in control group(all Ps=0.000).The nursing satisfaction in observation group(96.00%)was signifi-cantly higher than that in control group(81.67%)(P =0.043).Conclusion:The implementation of comprehen-sive nursing intervention for women with laparoscopic tubal ligation in the perioperative period can obviously improve the psychological state,reduce the postoperative pain degree.关键词
