多因素护理行为在甲亢性心脏病病人放射性131I治疗中的应用
Application of multi factor nursing behaviors in treatment of radioactive131I for hyperthyroid heart disease pa-tients

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of multi factor nursing behaviors in the treatment of radioactive131I for the hyperthyroid heart disease patients.Methods:A total of 69 cases of hyperthyroid heart disease patients who were treated with131 I were given to the multi-factor nursing measures including close condition observation and psychological care,disease knowledge guidance,medication guide and health educa-tion.Results:All 69 cases of hyperthyroid heart disease patients were successfully treated with radioactive 131 I,no complications occurred,such as heart failure or hyperthyroidism crisis.After 24 months of treatment,52 patients(75.4%)were cured,1 1 patients(15.9%)were relieved,and the total effective rate was 91.3% (63 ca-ses).Conclusion:The careful and patient professional multi factor nursing behaviors were the important guar-antee for hyperthyroid heart disease patients to complete the radioactive131 I treatment successfully with high efficiency and high cure rate.关键词
