Abstract
Objective:To probe into the effectiveness of vacuum sealing drainage combined with moist therapy for cancer patients with refractory wounds,and to provide evidence for looking for better preventions for cancer re-fractory wounds.Methods:By convenience sampling,a total of 32 cancer patients with refractory wounds were randomly divided into control group A (moist therapy),group B (vacuum assisted closure)and intervention group A+B(combination therapy group).After the basic nursing stage,the patients in group A were treated with systemic moist therapy with alginate and hydrocolloid dressing;the patients in group B received VSD method;the patients in(A+B)group were treated with VSD combined with systemic moist therapy by staging wound bed to select the appropriate method.After the end of intervention,the wound area reduction rate and the time of granulation tissue to cover the wound bed ≥75% were observed;after two months of follow up,the wound healing rate was observed between control groups and intervention group.Results:Wound area reduction rate and the time of granulation tissue to cover the wound bed ≥75% in combination therapy group were better than that in control groups(P <0.05).The healing rate of group A was 60%,healing rate in group B 81.8%, healing rate in(A+B)group was 90.9%,the healing rate in moist therapy group was better than that in inter-vention group,but there was no statistically significant difference compared with VSD group.Conclusion:Vacu-um sealing drainage combined with moist therapy could effectively improve the treatment effect of cancer pa-tients with refractory wound and accelerate the wound healing.关键词
