Optimization of Human Resources to Packaging Manufacturing Industry Subject to Multi-Ability-Workers
摘要
Abstract
This paper aims at those multi-ability-workers who exist differences between their processing capacity and compensation,and optimizes the cost of human resources by considering the allocation of working procedure and multi-ability-workers comprehensively based on the packaging products assembly process of the packaging manufacturing enterprises. Establishes a mathematical model which regards the cost of human resources of the assembly line as the optimization,.and it finds the optimal solution of the model by encoding to the mathematical model in the mathematical software Lingo and using global search method.Finally, taking the typical assembly line of packaging products manufacturing enterprises as an example , and comparatively analyzes the former and the latter optimizing results. It verifies both the validity and practicability of the method by the example.关键词
