摘要

Abstract

Based on the platform of HyperWorks, we had built the finite element model of a upper box of car gear reducer, then did model analysis and frequency response analysis on it by using RADIOSS solver, got the structural natural frequency, mode of vibration and the displacement frequency response.The results indicated that:the peak value of displacement frequency response was related to the resonance of overall or local structure, according to the distribution of displacement frequency response, local amplitude was larger, suggested structure optimization and damping materials arrangement to improve the vibration characteristics, meanwhile it laid the foundation of more comprehensive dynamic characteristics analysis later.
