Exploration and Practice on Undergraduate Innovation and Enterpreneurship Training Program for Laboratory Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Cultivation of undergraduates' innovative and entrepreneurship capabilities is of top priority in higher education reform, and scientific training is the main direction of medical students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship cultivation. The core of laboratory medicine study is the laboratory techniques, and the scientific research strength is relatively weak. In this paper, the author takes the experience of guidance of a training program of innovation and entrepreneurship for laboratory medicine students as a starting point to explore how to effectively organize and implement innovation and entrepreneurship training including school, instructors and students.关键词
