摘要
Abstract
Objective Introduce an especial RPD, which we called in-flexible denture. Through the comparing to the traditional RPD, we want to provide a new idea for the denture clasp design. Methods Make inflexible denture for 55 patients who had denture wearing experience. Relative new dentures and old dentures satisfaction in terms of appearance, comfortable feeling, language function, stability and chewing function. Results Inflexible denture is superior to a traditional RPD in following condition:single tooth loss but not free-end edentia, dentition defect only left a few teeth, dentition defect with loosen teeth which will be retention. Conclusion On above condition, the inflexible denture can be used in clinical applications.关键词
