摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the technology improvement of Formvar film in the preparation of electron microscope laboratory, in order to improve the iflm yield, get the high quality support membrane, save the cost and increase the effective utilization rate. Methods Improve using method of diping iflm by glass slides, concentration of Formvar solution and time range with touching membrane. Results Through the practical application of biological samples for electron microscopy observation, repeatedly with a glass slide to dip Formvar solution in 0.3%concentration about 15 s, we found that the membrane has good stability in electron beam, and iflm is clean and neat, with high resolution of bearing the weight of sample, the structure is clear. Conclusion This method simpliifes the process and saves time and material, and provides reference for the daily practice.
