摘要
Abstract
With the development of the economy in China, after the "quantitative change" phase, the private capital into the construction of public goods turns to the "qualitative change" phase. However, private capital must first overcome limitations of funds and of the industry access. After analyzing the problems for private capital par-ticipating in the construction of public goods, this paper puts forward some related countermeasures and sugges-tions.关键词
