摘要

Abstract

As the main body of enterprise management and decision‐making ,the executive team is the core human resources of enterprise .Domestic and foreign research has confirmed that the character‐istics of the executive team will affect the enterprise performance ,but the mechanism between the two is still to be explored .The impact of the characteristics of the top management team on the business per‐formance is not a simple direct effect ,but through some intermediate variables ..This paper on China′s private listed companies as the sample data ,empirical study of the effects of top management team char‐acteristics on performance ,and select the investment efficiency as the intermediate variable ,the mecha‐nisms underlying the association between features and performance are analyzed .
