Abstract
Animal medicine and other traditional agricultural specialty talents training have inherent disadvantage in local comprehensive university ,w hich is the common problem encountered .But modern animal husbandry has huge demand for the applied talents should be meted by these universities with good educational environment .Therefore ,construction of animal medicine specialty taking professional talents with applied ability as the core in local comprehensive university ,including the reform of talent training model , teaching organization form , teaching environment and conditions ,teachers team con‐struction ,and construction political‐industry‐university‐research cooperation and discipline construction to promote the teaching system and so on ,make the professional development and personnel training goal is highly consistent ,become the breakthrough point of animal medicine specialty talent cultivation .关键词
