Abstract
Objective To provide reference for clinical treatment by detecting the growth characteristics of thegastric pri-mary choriocarcinoma with multiple organs metastasis. Methods A case diagnosed as gastric primary choriocarcinoma was retro-spective analyzed and related literatures were reviewed. Results The patient wad admitted for irregular vaginal bleeding for 6+months. Urine pregnancy test was positive (+) at a local hospital, pelvic color doppler ultrasound examination indicated no gesta-tional sac. In our hospital the checkedck blood humen chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG) increased obviously, after the test, the chest, abdomen, pelvic CT examinations, and liver biopsy and immunohistochemical, gastroscope biopsy and diagnostic curettage (endometrium of menstrual period) were performed and the patient was diagnosed withgastric primary choriocarcinoma. The patient lived nearly eight months after chemotherapy and biological treatment and died of multi-organs failure. Conclusion Gastric primary choriocarcinoma is rare, with high malignant degree and fast tumor progress, and early distant metastases. It has poor prognosis.关键词
