摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia on the postop-erative cognitive function in the elderly hypertensive patients.Methods 80 postoperative elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into the observation group with (general anesthesia,40 cases)and the control group (epidural an-esthesia,40 cases).The changes of cognitive function were observed and analyzed at different time points.Result There were statistically difference in the 3 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h MMSE scores after operation between the two groups. (P <0.05).Conclusions The general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia have an impact on postoperative short-term cognitive function for the elderly patients with hypertension,while epidural anesthesia had less influence on the postoper-ative short-term cognitive function.关键词
