祛风止痛胶囊对博来霉素诱导的小鼠肺间质纤维化模型的影响及机制探讨
Effects and mechanisms of Qufeng Zhitong capsule on mice model of bleomycin-induced Pulmonary fibrosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects and mechanisms of Qufeng Zhitong capsule in mice model of ble-omycin -induced Pulmonary fibrosis.Methods 54 C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into 3 groups after feeding a-daptively for 1 week,and the normal group was the group numbered 1,model group was 2,and Qufeng group was 3,with 18 mice every group.The mice of group 2 -3 were induced into the pulmonary fibrosis model using bleomycin.The mice of group 2 -3 were respectively received the same amount of normal saline and the liquid of Qufeng Zhitong capsule with the gavage way.Then on the 7th,14th and 28th day,6 mice were sacrificed srandomly in each group every time.Collect blood. The blood specimens were used to measure the cytokines and the lung was used for the pathological observation.Results (1)The mice activity ,eating and drinking decreased in group 2 and group 3 and the body weight was also less than the group 1.There was no abnormal situation about activities,eating and drinking of the mice in group 1.(2)There was no sig-nificant pathological changes of inflammation and fibrosis observed under light microscope in group 1,a small amount of blue collagen matrix was showed only around airways and blood vessel wall.In group 2 the mice model of bleomycin-in-duced Pulmonary fibrosis was successful.There were significant differences (P <0.05)between the group 2 and group 3 about the pathological scores with the score of group 3 less than the group 2.(3)IL-6,IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-17A levels of group 2 and group 3 were higher than those of the group 1,with statistical significance (P <0.05).IL-6,IFN-γ,TNF-α, IL-17A levels of group 3 were lower than those of the group 2 with significant differences (P <0.05).Conclusions Qufeng Zhitong capsule has a inhibition effect on the alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis of mice models bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis,which may be related its inhibition on the cytokine IL-6,IFN-γ,TNF-αand IL-17A.关键词
