艾灸百会穴对甲状腺癌术后早期患者失眠干预效果分析OACSTPCD
Effect of Moxibustion in Baihui Acupoint on Early Postoperative Insomnia in Patients with Thyroid Carcinoma
目的：探讨艾灸百会穴在甲状腺癌术后早期患者失眠症中的的运用效果。方法将2012年9月—2015年4月在广东省中医院院大学城医院收治的86例甲状腺癌术后早期失眠患者随机分组，其中对照组43例采用中西医结合常规护理方案，观察组43例患者在对照组的基础上加用艾灸百会穴，观察比较2组患者术后夜间睡眠改善情况。结果观察组患者1个疗程后睡眠障碍改善有效率较对照组患者有明显升高（P=0.007）。2组患者治疗前后的入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率得分比较，差异均有…查看全部>>
