经皮冠状动脉介入术后中青年患者健康促进生活方式现状及影响因素分析
Current Status and Influence factors of Health-promoting Lifestyle among Young and Middle-aged Patients with Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Abstract
Objective To investigate current status and influence factors of health-promoting lifestyle of young and middle-aged PCI (percutaneous coronary intervention) patients. Methods Totally 148 young and middle-aged PCI patients were investigated with Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile (HPLP-II) and coronary heart disease knowledge questionnaire. Results The total score of the HPLP-II was 101.58 ±13.17, and that of coronary heart disease knowledge questionnaire was 23.60 ±8.76. There was positive correlation between coronary heart disease knowledge and health promoting lifestyle (r=0.410, P=0.000). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that knowledge of coronary heart disease, profession, religion, and leisure activity were the main influence factors of patients’ health promoting lifestyle (P<0.05). Conclusion The total health promoting lifestyle and coronary heart disease knowledge are at medium level and more attention should go to those with low level of health-promoting lifestyle. In order to promote health-promoting lifestyle, medical staff should pay more attention to those engaged in manual labor, and encourage patients to participate in more leisure activities.关键词
