护士职业获益感现状及影响因素分析OACSTPCD
Current Status of Nurses’ Perceived Professional Benefits and Its Influence Factors
目的:了解综合医院护士职业获益感的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、职业获益感问卷、工作投入量表、组织支持感量表,对4所综合医院的502名护士进行调查。结果本组护士职业获益感总分为(114.71±17.97)分。护士职业获益感与工作投入总分及组织支持感总分呈正相关(r=0.724,r=0.636,均P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示:是否参与科研、用工性质、平均月收入、奉献、专注、情感性支持是护士职业获益感的主要影响因素…查看全部>>
Objective To investigate the current status and the influence factors of nurses’ perceived professional benefits. Methods Totally 502 nurses from 4 general hospitals were investigated with nurse general information questionnaire, perceived professional benefits questionnaire, work engagement scale and perceived organizational support scale.
