护士职业获益感现状及影响因素分析
Current Status of Nurses’ Perceived Professional Benefits and Its Influence Factors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status and the influence factors of nurses’ perceived professional benefits. Methods Totally 502 nurses from 4 general hospitals were investigated with nurse general information questionnaire, perceived professional benefits questionnaire, work engagement scale and perceived organizational support scale. Results The total scores of perceived professional benefits was 114.71±17.97. There were positive correlations among perceived professional benefits, work engagement and perceived organizational support (r=0.724、0.636, P<0.01). Multiple stepwise regression showed that scientific research, employment form, monthly income, emotional support, dedication and absorption were the main influence factors of perceived professional benefits (P<0.05). Conclusion The level of perceived professional benefits is at the upper level and there is still room for improvement. Managers should take nurses’ perceived professional benefits seriously, especially that of employees without establishment, those without participation in scientific research and those with low monthly income to improve their perceived professional benefit.关键词
