摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of graded management on the quality of and patients ’ satisfaction with nursing services. Methods Graded management was introduced in 2011. The quality of and patients ’ satisfaction with nursing in 2011 and in 2014 were compared. Results After three years, the quality of nursing was improved and patients were more satisfied with nursing service and there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Graded management can promote the quality of nursing, improve the satisfaction of patients and nurses and it plays an important role in the development of superior quality of nursing services.
