2000-2015年我国老年痴呆患者生活质量或照顾者负担研究文献计量分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the quality of life of Alzheimer patients and the influence factors of caregiver burden of their caregivers, to provide evidence for improving nursing quality for dementia. Methods Bibliometric analysis was conducted on literatures on the quality of life of Alzheimer patients and the influence factors of caregiver burden of their caregivers in CNKI and Wanfang Database from 2000 to 2015 (updated to 30th, September). Results A total 101 papers were included and about 79 papers (78.2%) were periodical ones. All papers were published in 50 kinds of journals and Chinese Journal of Gerontology had the biggest share, about 6.9%;most research object were caregivers, accounting for 75.2%;Literatures from Hunan enjoyed the largest share of 12 articles (11.9%) and authors were from 22 provinces. Cooperation degree of the authors was 3.3 and coauthor rate 73.3%. Twenty-two papers were supported by funds; most citations were in foreign languages and 24 literatures were cited more than 10 times. Conclusion It is necessary to attach more importance to the quality of life of elderly patients with dementia. Nurses should provide personalized guidance and assistance to improve the quality of life of elderly patients with dementia and reduce the burden of their caregivers.关键词
