丽水市老年人生活自理能力现况及影响因素研究OACSTPCD
Ability of Daily Living among Elderly People and Its Influence Factors in Lishui City
目的：了解丽水市老年人自理能力现况及影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样法，抽取丽水市1个市辖区，7个县和1个代管县级市的1053名年龄60岁的老年人进行面对面问卷调查，一般资料采用描述性分析，影响因素采用卡方检验、Logistic回归进行分析。结果自理能力正常老年人637名，占60.5%，轻度受损者206名，占19.6%，重度受损者210名，占19.9%。Logistic回归分析显示：年龄、睡眠质量、听力是影响老年人日常生活自理能力的重要因素（P均&…查看全部>>
Objective To examine the ability of daily living (ADL) and its influencing factors of the elderly of Lishui city. Methods With cluster random sampling, 1,053 people aged 60 years completed the questionnaire survey face to face.
