渐进式康复护理方案对7例迁延性意识障碍患者生活质量的影响
Effect of Progressive Rehabilitation Nursing Program on Patients with Long-term Unconsciousness
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of progressive rehabilitation nursing program implemented on 7 patients with long-term unconsciousness. Methods Rehabilitation care for patients such as stimulation with warm bath, reflex movement, slightly vibrating the dorsum by hand were executed at different phases according to patients ’ awareness, physical condition, joint activity, diet, etc. In the whole process, rehabilitation physician, physiotherapist, occupational therapists and speech therapists jointly assessed the effect of the rehabilitation nursing program. Results The quality of life (QOL) of 7 patients was significantly improved. One middle school student came back to school; with improvement of the contracture of upper and lower limb joints, five patients could eat by mouth, and they were back home and led a life with their family. All patients expressed satisfaction with rehabilitation nursing program. Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing program can improve the effect of long-term rehabilitation on patients with long-term unconsciousness, and improve the QOL of patients. Thus, it can provide a good frame for our country ’s long-term rehabilitation nursing program.关键词
