胃肠道疾病老年住院患者衰弱现况及影响因素研究
Current Status of Frailty of Elderly Inpatients with Gastrointestinal Diseases and Its Influence Factors

Abstract
Objective To explore the current status of frailty of elderly inpatients with gastrointestinal diseases and its influence factors. Methods Through convenience sampling, frailty in 134 elderly inpatients with gastrointestinal diseases was assessed and surveyed with the Fried frailty index and general information questionnaire. Logistic regressive analysis was used for the analysis of its influence factors. Results Of the total, patients with frailty accounted for 29.1%. Logistic analysis indicated that age, score of ability of daily living (ADL) and hemoglobin concentration were influence factors of frailty and there was positive relationship between age and frailty but negative relationship among score of ADL and hemoglobin concentration (P<0.05). Conclusion There is high prevalence of frailty among elderly inpatients with gastrointestinal diseases and age, score of ADL and hemoglobin concentration are its main influence factors. Targeted measures should be put forward for elderly inpatients with gastrointestinal diseases especially those with advanced age, those with low score of ADL and those with low hemoglobin concentration so as to reduce the incidence of frailty.关键词
