我国实时动态血糖监测系统监测糖尿病患者低血糖事件的文献计量学分析
Monitoring of Hypoglycemia with Real Time Continuous Glucose Monitoring System:A Bibliometric Analysis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the research status of monitoring hypoglycemia in diabetics through Real Time Continuous Glucose Monitoring System (RT CGMS) in China, then provide the basis and direction for further research. Methods We collected literatures on monitoring hypoglycemia in diabetics with RT CGMS in China Science and Technology Journal Database (CSTJ),China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform from the establishment of the databases to October 2015 then Note Exprss was applied for the anslysis. Results A total of 367 papers were selected, and 2007 witnessed the first 4 papers published. There was yearly increase of papers publised from 2007 to 2014. The analysis of the curve fitting of published papers indicated that there was an exponential relationship between the number of papers and publishing year ( R2=0.815). There were more than 9 provinces and municipalities with a publication of 10 papers totalling 306 (83.4%) papers, of which Beijing topped the list with a total of 118 (32.2%). All those papers were published in 103 journals and the Journal of Practical Diabetology topped the list of journals with 34 papers (9.3%). Of the total, there were 255 papers were cooperative ones with the degree of cooperation 2.5 and the cooperation rate of 69.5% and 22 (6.0%) papers supported by research grants. Conclusion The research on monitoring hypoglycemia in diabetics with RT CGMS has not yet been mature demonstrated by imbalanced distribution of publishing regions and journals, without core researcher group and enough research grants and the depth and breadth of research content need to be intensified.关键词
