经皮行肝动脉化疗栓塞术肝癌患者生活质量与希望水平及应对方式的相关性研究
Correlation among Quality of Life, Level of Hope and Coping Style in Liver Cancer Patients with Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship among quality of life, level of hope and coping style of liver cancer patients treated with Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization (TACE). Methods Totally 135 patients of primary liver cancer treated with TACE were investigated by demographic information sheet, the quality of life Scale (FACT-G), Herth Hope Index (HHI) and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ). Results The total score of quality of life in liver cancer patients treated with TACE was 61.16± 14.12, that of level of hope 32.36±5.51 and that of coping style 44.44±6.56. The score of quality of life was positively correlated with that of level of hope, and that of confrontation and avoidance in coping style (r=0.455,0.344 respectively,P<0.01) but negatively with that of resignation in coping style (r=-0.282,P<0.01). Conclusion Quality of life of liver cancer patients treated with TACE maitains in a moderate level. Nurses should pay more attention to their level of hope and coping style, taking effective measures to improve the quality of life in liver cancer patients treated with TACE.关键词
