中高职护理专业基础医学课程对接问题的研究
Basic Medical Course Connection between Secondary and Higher Vocational Nursing

Abstract
Objective To investigate the course setting of basic medicine science in secondary and higher vocational nursing, to accomplish a scientific connection of basic medicine science between secondary and higher vocational nursing and to improve the quality of talents of secondary and higher vocational nursing. Methods We collected training plans for nursing talents in secondary and higher vocational schools and designed a questionnaire based on 7 basic medicine science courses to investigate 96 people to know the application of courses in clinical nursing. We meanwhile analyzed the proportion of basic medicine courses in qualification examination for nurses from 2011 to 2014. Results There was similar course setup of basic medicine courses in secondary and higher vocational nursing. The top three courses based on the frequency of knowledge application were Pharmacology, Pathology and Physiology, and the top three courses rarely applied practically Genetics and Eugenics, Biochemistry, Pathogenic Organism and Immunology. All basic medicine courses took less than 30% of the scores in qualification examination for nurses. Conclusion Basic medicine science courses in secondary and higher vocational nursing should be set up following the principles of necessity and practicability. Focusing on the process of clinical nursing and effective connection in terms of course setup, course standard and course content will benefit the promotion of the entire quality of secondary and higher vocational nursing education.关键词
