Abstract

The water dispersible granules ofTrichoderma longibrachiatum T6 was developed. This antagonistic bacteria was isolated from field soil. TheT. longibrachiatum T6 water dispersible granules were developed by optimizing media formulations and screening the aid types. And the storage stability was measured. The results indicated that the best formulation (mass fraction) was hydroxymethyl cellulose (UV protective agents) 0.5%, calcium carbonate (stabilizing agents) 4%, polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP, binders) 5%, soluble starch (disintegrating agents) 5%, attapulgite (carriers) 5%, sodium lauryl sulfate(witting agents)5%. The quality detection showed that the spores production ofT. longibrachiatum T6 water dispersible granules was 5.6 × 108 cfu/g, the suspension rate of the production was 53%, pH was 6.0, the moisture amount was 3.5%, the wetting time was 52 s, the stability in low temperature of (4 ± 2)℃ was significantly higher than that at room temperature 25℃, which came up to the formulation standards.
