On the Decision Support of Social-cultural Intelligence to the Silk Road Economic Belt Construction
摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance]As China’s new development strategy in the 21st century, the Silk Road Economic Belt (One Belt) construction is confronted with a prominent problem of how to handle relationships among different cultures. [ Method/Process] Through literature analysis and case study, this thesis tentatively explores an effective way to meet this cultural challenge. [ Result/Conclusion] It holds the view that social-cultural intelligence could effectively to some extent support the decision-makings in economic construction and anti-terrorism. The decision-makers have to take an emic approach to deal with the religious and social-cultural differences when develo-ping tactics to gain support from the local governments and people at the utmost.关键词
